581 ​CERAMIC COATING DESCRIPTION

VIRTUS 581 NANO PROTECTOR COATING will ensure up to 1 year of durable nano ceramic car coating protection.  Its unique extremely easy application technology enables it to achieve a thick coating, that effectively protects your car.  
VIRTUS 581 NANO PROTECTOR COATING coated surfaces gain a superhydrophobic surface that results in an easy-clean.  Water, mud, dust, grime; they all slide off, requiring little to no time and effort for a superior shine.

Unlike other nano ceramic coating and paint protection products, VIRTUS 581 NANO PROTECTOR COATING has a good crystallization when applied in nano-level. You can apply two layers of protection or more. 
The top layer provides the soft touch + hydrophobicity, and the bottom layer hardens very well, thus ensuring maximum resistance and elasticity, superior than other ceramic coatings. When applied correctly, VIRTUS 581 NANO PROTECTOR COATING will protect the surface for up to 1 year. It’s possible to apply it two times or more to have stronger resistance.

HOW TO USE 581
  The surface must be prepared for application. Remove scratches with 487UHD EXTREME and finish with 472 Hologram Free Ultrafine Polish.  
Clean the surface with IPA, 461 Primer or 445 Hologram Controller.  
The surface must be free of any dust, dirt, oil, or water.  
The application must be made in a shaded area.  
The product is spread with a pad on surfaces 80x80cm.  
The surface should be buffed (within 30-60 minutes) with a dry and clean microfiber cloth.  
Finish to clean with a second microfiber cloth to have the surface completely clean. The curing time is 48h.  
Oven or Infrared lamps help to accelerate the curing.  

MAINTENANCE  
Do not wash the car for 7-10 days after application. Wash the car with only neutral car shampoo. 
Do not use brush car wash.  Every 6-8 months apply 571 Ceramic Spray Detailer over clean car with a clean microfiber cloth. 
Please remove immediatly contaminants like bird drops, tree resins, insects, etc... with neutral shampoo and microfiber towel. 

NOTE
 Do not wash the car for the following 7-10 days.  

If during the application some marks of nano ceramic are left, not wipped off perfectly, within 2-3 days you can try to polish with a soft pad and Virtus 472 Ultrafine polish, in case this step is not enough, try to use the polish Virtus 487Extreme with a medium pad. After that reapply VIRTUS 581 NANO PROTECTOR COATING.
